"I am so grateful for the help I received at Power Physio. I came in with pain in my shoulder/rotator cuff area and was not having any luck with at home rehab.
Jordan was amazing! After just one visit I started feeling relief and was able to get back into the gym. He listened carefully to my concerns and quickly worked out a plan of how to get me back on track. He was able to get me to a point I was feeling almost back to 100% and was finally able to sleep through the night without any pain.
I can’t thank Jordan and the team enough for all their help and would highly recommend Power Physio to anyone on the fence about PT!"

Elbow pain in athletes typically stems from overuse injuries like tennis elbow or golfer's elbow, UCL strains from throwing, tendinitis from repetitive gripping, or compensation patterns from weakness elsewhere in the kinetic chain. Our comprehensive evaluation identifies the root cause—not just where it hurts—so we can address the source of your pain and prevent it from coming back.
Most athletes notice improvements within 2-3 weeks, with significant progress in 6-10 weeks depending on the severity and root cause. Unlike generic rehab that provides temporary relief, our root-cause approach builds lasting strength and resilience. We create a customized timeline based on your specific condition, goals, and sport demands during your initial evaluation.
